Ordered this extra memory for a MAC Pro video workstation and received the wrong memory for the newest version of MAC Pro sold here on Amazon. When I called the company to get it returned, I thought that I would have problems since it was memory but after a very brief explanation that the memory wouldn’t fix in the slot the rep was extremely nice to explain it was their error. Now I should only give them four stars because they didn’t allow for cross shipping, but they paid the return shipping and sent the new memory which I received within a week. The entire experience wasn’t perfect but it is nice to work with a company that take care of it’s mistakes without a hassle. Bottom line the new memory works.
