   I purchased many keyboard protectors, going through them quickly as they seem to attract dirt from my filthy fingers like flies on crap. But this one surprisingly doesnt. As for make, it is similar to the moshi keyboard protector, although thinner. I prefer the thickness of the moshi product, but these are definitely more “transparent”. It is not very noticable that it is on. It does tend so move a bit, i think it is not as exact a mold as the moshi. But, for price and transparency, I would definitely pick this one. As for other protectors that are made of silicone, this beats them hands down in my opinion. I hope this was helpful.

   Two reasons why is the better:
   
   1. Its incredibly thin. Other protectors are thicker but you won’t feel this one. Its that thin!…
   
   2. No brand name anywhere. Other protectors put their logo or name in any free space they can. This one is clear, totally transparent, with no branding. You don’t notice its there.

   Important: This is a US Keyboard protector. Since the keys are positioned differently, it won’t fit well on other keyboard configurations.

   I was a bit hesitant since I’ve seen some other extremely bulky keyboard protectors, but this is thin, looks clean (and unobtrusive) and fits right on top of my Macbook Pro 13 keyboard perfectly.

   The keyboard protector does not stick onto the keyboard (if people are looking for that) but since it has the keys outlined in the design, you just lay it on top and it’s ready.

   Thinner than similar silicone products thus doesn’t leave keyboard marks on the screen and is more comfortable when typing. Mind the keyboard layout though – especially the enter (return key) – some have it vertical some horizontal. If your’s is the latter – you’re in luck! I wasn’t.

   This is literally a membrane (thankfully), I thought it would be like my (thick-ish) silicone cover for my wireless iMac keyboard but thankfully it’s not that thick. Very thin, perfect fit to my Macbook Pro 13 keyboard.

   The cover is very light and doesn’t adhere or attach to the keyboard so it may move around a bit as you type. Visually, you don’t even notice it’s there on first glance so it doesn’t detract from the appearance of your laptop in public. I’ll keep mine on “permamently” but if you find you don’t like it, you can use it when you’re out and about, say at the coffee shop to prevent occasional spills and crumbs from ruining your day.
